Building Skills That Last Beyond Individual Songs 

Most guitar programs focus primarily on teaching students chords to accompany songs. While that can be enjoyable, it often focuses on playing specific songs rather than developing the skills needed to truly understand the instrument.

Our nylon-string guitar program takes a different approach. Rather than relying solely on memorized chord shapes, students learn to read music, develop proper technique, build finger independence, and gain a strong understanding of how music works on the guitar.

Just as students learn fundamentals before advancing in math, a strong musical foundation gives students the skills and confidence to continue growing for years to come and makes future exploration of other musical styles more accessible.

How Enrollment Works

step 1

Intro Lesson & Placement Session

A paid Intro Lesson & Placement Session where we meet the student, discuss goals, and assess the student’s current level. Families may choose whether to continue after the introductory session.

step 2

Program Recommendation

For students who continue, we recommend the appropriate books, level, and instrument (nylon-string guitar / piano) based on the student’s level and goals.

step 3

Monthly Enrollment

Students enroll in a structured weekly lesson program with a signed Tuition & Enrollment Agreement.
